What happens if an artwork is returned?

Artfinder offers a FREE 14 day returns policy to all customers who are not 100% satisfied with their purchase.

We take care of the collection of your artwork from the customer, and will arrange for it to be delivered back to you.*

Artfinder will reimburse outbound shipping costs, up to the amount originally paid by the customer; provided that the customer's reason for return is that they changed their mind.

We will unfortunately not be able to offer reimbursement if the reason for the return is that the artwork arrived damaged or was misrepresented on the site. However, we will do our utmost to provide relevant information to help you file a claim with your courier.

*We are currently unable to accommodate returns to some countries so an alternative address will have to be provided.
