My country of residence is not appearing in the seller application - International Returns - Restricted Countries

Occasionally, customers may request a return for artwork they have purchased, and we are required to accept these requests. However, due to logistical and operational limitations, returns cannot be processed from certain countries, which are therefore classified as restricted:

Ukraine, Serbia, Azerbaijan, Kazakhstan, Russia, Belarus**

* Please note that our collaboration with artists based in Russia and Belarus is currently paused.

In addition, there are several countries where we are unfortunately unable to accept applications from artists. This is not due to return shipping constraints, but rather the result of ongoing conflicts, international sanctions, and payment provider limitations. As a result, we are unable to work with artists located in the following regions:

Africa:

Angola, Burkina Faso, Burundi, Democratic Republic of the Congo, Central African Republic, Congo, Côte d'Ivoire, Cameroon, Cabo Verde, Djibouti, Eritrea, Eswatini, Guinea, Guinea-Bissau, Kenya, Comoros, Liberia, Lesotho, Libya, Malawi, Mali, Mauritania, Mozambique, Namibia, Nigeria, Senegal, Sierra Leone, Somalia, South Sudan, Sudan, Togo, Uganda, Seychelles, São Tomé and Príncipe, South Africa, Zambia, Zimbabwe

Asia:

Afghanistan, Azerbaijan, China, Georgia, Iran, Iraq, Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan, Laos, Lebanon, Myanmar, Nepal, North Korea, Pakistan, Palestine, Syria, Tajikistan, Turkmenistan, Vietnam, Yemen, Kuwait

Please note that these restrictions are hopefully not permanent. We continually review and update them as circumstances change, with the aim of expanding opportunities for artists wherever possible.
