Will I have to ship the artwork myself?
If you are enrolled in our managed shipping service, Artfinder and Arta will be managing shipments on your behalf. This means that customers will be paying for shipping costs upfront and separately from the order value, and we will be providing you with the necessary shipping labels to ship your parcel.
Our partner Arta will be in touch with you after you receive an order to assist you with the shipment of your artwork.

If you are based in a restricted country for shipping or have chosen to opt out of our managed shipping service, you will be responsible for the fulfilment and shipment of orders.
This means that, as a seller, you are required to pay for the initial outbound shipping for an artwork.
Customers are charged the shipping amount indicated in a seller's shipping profile. This amount is then passed on to sellers when the order is paid out.
Only artworks that are ready to be shipped as soon as possible should be listed on Artfinder, as this is the promise we make to customers.
