How can I edit my shipping prices?

For artists who are enrolled in managed shipping,  it will not be possible for you to amend the shipping prices as these will be charged to customers based on the service available. The shipping service that will be used for your order will be determined based on the country of origin/destination, type of artwork, and order value.

For sellers who manage their own shipping, you can update your shipping prices from your shipping profiles. To do so:

• Login to your Artfinder account, and click the Dashboard icon in the top right hand corner of your screen 
• Visit your Settings, then click on Shipping prices. 
• On the shipping profiles you wish to edit, click the red button with the cog that reads ‘Edit’. You can edit more than one shipping cost for each of your destinations. Please note that your default destination your own country. 
• Finally click ‘Save’ to save all your changes.
