How can I offer customers free shipping?

It is possible to offer customers the option of purchasing artworks without having to pay for shipping.

Firstly, you'll need to create a new shipping profile;

Login to your Artfinder account, and click the Dashboard icon in the top right hand corner of your screen
Select the Settings tab
Select the Shipping Prices tab just below
Click the New shipping profile button
Give your new shipping profile an appropriate name (perhaps 'free shipping') and then create country specific rates with '00.00' underneath the "Cost of shipment" column

Once this is saved, you'll have to individually choose for which artworks you want the free shipping to be applied. Go to their listings (Dashboard > Artworks) choose which artworks and click through to their 'Edit' page, scroll down to the 'Shipping and Packaging' section and select your new 'Free shipping' shipping table from the drop-down list of options:
