New* Starter Plan FAQs

When will this plan be avalaible?

The new Starter Plan will officially launch on 3 August 2026. It is not yet live and cannot be selected or applied to accounts until the official launch date.

Switching plans and refunds

I have already paid for a subscription. Will I receive a refund if I switch to the free Starter Plan?

No, you unfortunately cannot downgrade from Premium or Core to Starter until your annual or monthly term ends and your plan renews. Your cancellation will take effect at the end of your current paid period or the end of your annual subscription plan. You can read more about this here. Therefore, it will not be possible to issue a full or partial refund

How do I switch to the free Starter Plan?

To update your Seller Plan subscription, simply head to Dashboard > Settings > Your subscription > Manage. You will then be able to select a new plan by downgrading from your Core or Premium plans. You can see more guidance here.

Can I upgrade from the Starter Plan at a later date?

Yes, of course. You can change your seller plan at any time through the subscription settings in your seller account. Your current monthly or annual subscription will remain active until the end of its current billing cycle, so the new plan will not be applied immediately.

Artwork and listing limits

What happens if I already have more than 30 published artworks when I switch to the Starter Plan?

If you’re downgrading, you will receive an email advising that you’re over your limit. You will need to fix these manually, or eventually it will be automatically updated for you at a later date. In time, your artwork listings will be reduced automatically, according to the order they appear on your storefront. We do, however, recommend reviewing them and manually unpublishing them yourself.

You can bulk unpublish artwork listings by following the steps in the article.

Alternatively, you can unpublish your artworks by going to the Artworks section of your seller dashboard and individually selecting each artwork. To do this, follow the steps below:

  • Log in and click the Dashboard icon in the top right corner.
  • Open the Artworks tab.
  • Click the small box to the left of each artwork you want to hide.
  • Scroll to the bottom and click the dropdown menu showing Select: All Unpublished Published None.
  • Choose Unpublish artworks and click OK.

You can also choose to delete your artworks by following the instructions here.

Do sold artworks count towards the Starter Plan's artwork limit?

No, artworks that you mark as ‘sold’ on your seller profile do not count toward your 30 uploaded artwork limit.

Likewise, artworks stored in the ‘Artworks’ section of your seller account do not count towards your limit. The limit only applies to artworks that are published and visible on your storefront.

This means you can keep your entire collection uploaded to your account and easily rotate which artworks are displayed on your storefront. Simply publish or unpublish artworks whenever you like, provided you stay within the limit of 30 active published listings.

Can I replace one of my 30 active products with another artwork?

Yes, absolutely. You’re welcome to do this at any time. We encourage you to rotate your artworks regularly to showcase new collections, seasonal pieces, or different variations of your work. You can update your storefront whenever you like to keep your displayed artwork fresh and aligned with your current focus.

Fine Art Prints

What happens to my existing Fine Art Print listings if I switch to the Starter Plan?

Unfortunately, any fine art prints that were previously uploaded, as was an available feature on your Core or Premium plan, will be unpublished if you downgrade to the Starter plan, as this feature is not included on this plan. However, they will remain saved in your seller dashboard, so if you upgrade to Core or Premium again in the future, your fine art prints will automatically be republished and available again.

Managed Shipping

Will I be able to enrol in managed shipping?

Managed shipping is a free feature available on all seller plans. There are no additional charges for you, and you can enrol at any time by reaching out to our team at sellers@artfinder.com, who can enable this for you.

If you’d like to read more about managed shipping to help decide if you’d like to be enrolled, please read more here.

Please note, this plan is not avalaible or live until the 3rd of August 2026
