Can I pay for a Seller Plan using PayPal?

The main way to pay for your selected Seller Plan subscription at the moment is to use any debit / credit card and follow the instructions on the Seller Plan selection page within your Seller Portal. This is by far the quickest option to get your plan set up and have a full freedom to upgrade / downgrade anytime without having to get in touch with our support team.

What if I cannot pay with a debit / credit card?

If you aren't able to pay with debit / credit card for some reason, we currently offer a manual way to set up a subscription payment plan via PayPal. You will need to contact us as per instructions below to get this set up.

How to pay with PayPal for the Seller Plan

  • Email (don't call!) our support team at sellers@artfinder.com
  • Let us know which plan you'd like to sign up for
  • We will then send you a special link that will allow you to subscribe with Paypal
  • Follow the link and complete the subscription
  • Once your subscription is set up we will then enable it on your account within 2 business days
  • There is no need for you to email us to tell us you've paid - we get notified about each new subscription.

Upgrading / downgrading PayPal subscriptions

Note this does not apply to debit / credit card payments via the interface we currently provide

Cancelling PayPal plan to go back to the free Starter plan

  • Follow the Manage subscriptions link in the email you received from PayPal notifying you of the subscription
  • Alternatively log-in to PayPal and go to Manage subscriptions section
  • Cancel your subscription and your account will be moved to a Free account within 2 business days from the plan end date

Upgrading / downgrading to any paid plan (Standard or Professional):

  • Email our support team at sellers@artfinder.com
  • Request downgrade / upgrade of your subscription to select plan
  • Please allow 2 business days for processing - so in case of downgrades especially please email us at least 2 business days before
  • We will then send you a special link that will allow you to subscribe with Paypal
  • Follow the link and complete the subscription
  • Once your subscription is set up we will then enable it on your account within 2 business days
  • There is no need for you to email us to tell us you've paid - we get notified about each new subscription.
