Can I pay for a Seller Plan using PayPal?
The main way to pay for your selected Seller Plan subscription at the moment is to use any debit/credit card and follow the instructions on the Seller Plan selection page within your Seller Portal. This is by far the quickest option to get your plan set up and have full freedom to upgrade/downgrade anytime without having to get in touch with our support team.

What if I cannot pay with a debit/credit card?
If you aren't able to pay with a debit / credit card for some reason, we currently offer a manual way to set up a subscription payment plan via PayPal. You will need to contact us as per instructions below to get this set up.
How to pay with PayPal for the Seller Plan
- Email (don't call!) our support team at sellers@artfinder.com
- Let us know which Plan you'd like to sign up for
- We will then send you a special link that will allow you to subscribe with Paypal
- Follow the link and complete the subscription
- Once your subscription is set up we will then enable it on your account within 2 business days
- There is no need for you to email us to tell us you've paid - we get notified about each new subscription.
Upgrading / downgrading PayPal subscriptions only
Note this does not apply to debit/credit card payments via the interface we currently provide
To read more about your upgrading and downgrading options please see here. However, to request and process a change it is a manual process as detailed below.
- Email our support team at sellers@artfinder.com
- Request downgrade/upgrade of your subscription to select Plan
- Please allow 2 business days for processing - so in case of downgrades especially please email us at least 2 business days before
- We will then send you a special link that will allow you to subscribe with Paypal
- Follow the link and complete the subscription
- Once your subscription is set up we will then enable it on your account within 2 business days
- There is no need for you to email us to tell us you've paid - we get notified about each new subscription.
Switching between Monthly Payment Methods
Should an artist wish to change their monthly payment method the process is as follows however we encourage you to Email our to ensure a seamless transfer.
From card to Paypal: this needs to be requested by email to our support team at sellers@artfinder.com as it requires a payment link to create a payment plan on Paypal as explained above.
From Paypal to card: Paypal plan needs to be canceled (by a subscriber or our team) and you can then subscribe via platform and provide your card details.
Invoices
Please kindly note that currently our system is not set up to generate invoices automatically for Paypal subscription payments. If you need a biannual invoice for this, please email us at sellers@artfinder.com and we will generate one for you.
