Keeping your shop up-to-date


Keeping your shop up-to-date is an important part of selling online.

We advise doing the following:

  • Regularly review your listings and ensure that all artwork listed is accounted for. Anything that has been kept in storage for a long time for example, could become damaged, or be misplaced, so it's important that you keep track of all listed work and know that you'll be able to get it ready to ship quickly if it's sold.
  • Ensure that artwork that is sold elsewhere is 'marked as sold' as soon as possible. This is particularly important when selling across multiple websites. Doing so reduces the risk of having to cancel orders because the work has sold elsewhere.
  • Regularly review your shipping tables to ensure that your quoted shipping costs are as accurate as possible. It isn't possible to take any additional payments once an order's been placed, so please do bear this in mind.

Additionally, if your payment details or address details change, you'll need to make sure that these are updated in your seller portal to prevent any issues with payments or returns. If you move to a different country, you'll need to let us know as soon as possible by contacting us on sellers@artfinder.com, so that we can assist with changing your shop location.
