How does Artfinder process payments?

What Artfinder does to keep sellers safe:

  1. We charge all customers upfront
  2. Order notifications are only sent to sellers once the funds have settled
  3. Regular and thorough fraud checks are carried out (see here for further details - Why is my order under review?)

Things that sellers should do to keep safe:

  1. Message customer using the site's internal messaging system when the order comes through and/or before shipping
  2. Follow packaging & delivery guidelines
  3. Ensure shipment has valid tracking
  4. Only ship to the address provided on the Order Page
