I already verified my email, why do I have to do it again?
While it's less confusing for us when you use the same email for your user AND seller communications, some of our artists like to provide a business email address for all artist related correspondence. Here's where you do that!
- Log in to your Artfinder account, and access your Seller Dashboard by clicking on the Dashboard icon in the top right corner of the screen
- Visit your Settings > Notifications > Email
- Enter your email address in the field
- Click SAVE AND VERIFY and you should receive an email with a red button saying 'Confirm your email'
When you have clicked this, you can simply refresh the page in your Seller Portal and the red 'Not Verified' notification will have changed to a green 'Verified' equivalent.
