Do I have to pay for an artwork to be returned back to me?

No! Artfinder offers a FREE 14 day returns policy, courtesy of the company. This means that we will arrange for the artwork to be picked up and delivered back to you (regardless of the customer's reason for return) at no cost to you.

If an artwork is returned, will I be reimbursed the initial shipping cost?

Artfinder aim to reimburse outbound shipping costs, up to the amount originally paid by the customer, provided that the customer's reason for return is that they changed their mind.

We will unfortunately not be able to offer reimbursement if the reason for the return is that the artwork arrived damaged or was misrepresented on the site.

If your artwork is returned because the customer has changed their mind, please reach out to our team at sellers@artfinder.com to request the initial shipping cost reimbursement and provide us with a shipping receipt.
