How can I add or update my Payment Details?
To add payment details to your shop, please follow the steps below:
- Click the Dashboard icon at the top of artfinder.com
- Select the Transactions tab
- Click the Payment details button (if you are setting up your seller account for the first time, select on the Payment information link in the checklist on the right-hand side of your screen)
- Select your preferred method of payment from the options provided
- Enter the relevant details as required
- Click Save at the bottom of the page
NOTE: Payments are processed 24 hours before they are issued to your accounts in the subsequent payment period. It is advisable to only change your payment details at least 48 hours before you are issued with your payment.
