Manage billing section on your seller portal
Please note that, effective from the 16th of December 2026, the Subscriptions page in your Seller Portal has been updated with a new layout and access method. This page now provides a single, secure location to manage your seller subscription, including viewing payment methods, downloading invoices, and cancelling your subscription via Stripe. Please note that this change is not linked to the upcoming Stripe Connect change in 2026. There is nothing you will be required to set up to be able to access this new change on your seller portal.
For artists, paying for subscriptions via PayPal, please note that you currently cannot manage your subscription through this page; however, support for PayPal payments is planned for a future release.
Please be advised that we will never send subscription-related links via email or any other communication channel. All access to your connected account is available exclusively through the secure Subscriptions page within your Seller Portal. If you receive any emails containing such links, please review them carefully, as they are likely spam. All legitimate secure links are accessed only through your Seller Portal.
How do I navigate the new change on my seller portal?
To update your Seller Plan subscription payment method, simply head to Dashboard > Settings > Your subscription > Manage. You will then be able to select ‘Manage Billing’ as seen below

Once you click on ‘Manage Billing’ it will take you to a new secure window hosted by Stripe, our trusted partner who processes all card payments.

How can I see what subscription plan I am on and how much I am charged?
Your Current Subscription (Core or Premium), and if you pay monthly or yearly for your subscription, you can also see the card associated with these subscription payments below and your next billing date for these recurring payments.

How can I download any of my subscription charge invoices?
You will be able to download your previously charged subscription payments. To do this, you locate the header ‘Invoice history’ and click on the invoice you’d like to see. For example, in the image below, I can select the invoice for the 30th of November.

Once clicked, it will take you to the following window:

You can either download the invoice or download the receipt.
How can I add or remove a payment card?
You are able to remove and add payment methods to pay for your subscriptions as and when required. You can also delete existing payment cards from your account by clicking the three dots on the far right next to the payment card.

Below, you will be able to make a card default, or you will be able to delete a card. Please be advised that all cards are removed from our visibility, but for compliance purposes, will be stored against your Stripe Connect account.

If you wish to add a new card, you can add a new payment method by pressing the ‘Add payment method’ button below your Payment methods section at the bottom.
You will then be taken to the following window:

Please note that all payment methods added will be subject to a 3D authentication process after you’ve entered your payment details. (3D Secure) Authentication is an extra security layer for online card payments, acting as a fraud prevention tool where the cardholder verifies their identity with their bank before a transaction is approved.
Please note that in order for you to have an active subscription, you must have at least 1 payment method registered to your account; you cannot remove all card payment options.
Can I cancel my subscription through this window?
Yes, in the first window from your subscription page, once you click through to ‘Manage Payments’ you will see the button‘ Cancel Subscription’. You can press the cancel button accordingly.

It will take you to the following window to double-check you’re clicking through to the correct window. If you do want to proceed, you will click the red button ‘Cancel Subscription’, or you can ‘Go Back’ if you do not want to proceed.
