What are SMS text notifications for, and how do I switch them on/off?

All sellers on Artfinder are automatically opted in to receive text messages notifications – providing your phone number is verified. The messages that you will receive will be sent in the following instances:

• Sales confirmation:
  • When a new order is received
  • When an order is cancelled
• Shipping reminders:
  • One day before an order is due to be shipped
  • On the day an order is due to be shipped
  • When shipment of an artwork is overdue

If you do not wish to receive automatic text messages, you may opt out of this service at any time by going to Dashboard Icon > Settings > Notifications > Settings

• Please note: SMS messages will not be replacing confirmation and reminder emails.
