Considerations for Sellers
We recommend the following to all sellers to ensure that all transactions go ahead smoothly:
- Send a message on Artfinder as soon as an order has been received
Always conduct transactions and communicate on Artfinder. Use Artfinder's messaging system to get to inform the customer more about the artwork (should they ask) and to provide them with additional information about dispatch and shipment. See this article for how to contact your customer.
Trust your intuition: if you don’t feel right about customer's queries, report it to us!
- Follow up with a customer's order after it has been received
Always follow up with the customer after a purchase has gone through. This will increase trust in you and also ensure that no damage has been incurred during the course of delivery.
