Your Framed Order

Your customer has chosen to frame your artwork. Here are some important things to remember:

Ship to our framing studio

It is important to ship directly to our framing studio at the address provided on the order page. Additionally, you must include the job number (underlined in red below) when addressing the package and the packing slip so that our framing fulfilment team will know which frame to add to the artwork. 

Once shipped, we will manage shipment from the studio to the customer

The shipment will be done in two stages, and so will the tracking. All you need to worry about is marking your order as shipped and then inputting the tracking to that address. Once the framing is complete, our framing fulfilment team will provide us with further tracking for the artwork's journey to the customer.

Payment is still expected according to the delivery date

Having an artwork framed may add up to 2 weeks (typically less) to the estimated arrival date which may mean a slight delay in your payment. Please consult your order page for the estimated payment date.
