Why am I not receiving emails?

Sometimes our emails get sent to spam or junk folders (we do send quite a few) but we NEED to know we can reach you in case you make a sale!

We have multiple accounts so you could find that some come through and some don't.

Please take a look through the following e-mail addresses and ensure that they are on your safe list and will be picked up by you if necessary:

If you used to receive emails from us but don't anymore, it could be that your email address has rejected the last couple of emails we've sent you and, as such, our email provider is reluctant to send you anymore.

In these cases, we can reset your status, but we'll need you to ensure that we're on your safe list because we can only reset your status once.
